For first-time visitors
If you are using this site for the first time, please register as a member in advance to make ordering smoother.
To check your order history or issue a receipt, you must log in, so please register as a member before using the service.
How to register as a member
Please register by entering all the required information on the member registration page.

How to log in
Once you have completed your membership registration, you will be able to log in. Please log in by entering your registered email address and password on the login page.

I want to change my email address
If you would like to change your email address after registering as a member, please contact us at info@drenia-official.com or via the inquiry form, stating your registered name, your old email address, and your new email address.
I want to check or change my registration information
After logging in, you can check your membership information and order history on your My Page.
If your delivery address has changed due to moving or other reasons, please make the following changes.
① Change the default address on your DRENIA My Page ② [For customers using credit cards] Change the default address and billing address on Shop Pay. Also, if you would like to change the delivery address after placing an order, please check here.

I want to change the receipt issuing method and recipient
Once your order has been shipped, we will issue a receipt to your order history.
Please log in to your account page and check the details of your order.
You can change the addressee on the receipt issuing screen.
Please note that we do not ship with a receipt enclosed.

I want to change my order
As a general rule, we cannot accept changes to your order after it has been completed. If you wish to change your order, you will need to cancel it.

About delivery
I want to know the tracking number
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email to notify you of this. Please make sure to set up your email settings so that you can receive emails from info@drenia-official.com.
You can also check it on My Page.
How many days does it take for an order to be shipped?
Shipping is only done on weekdays, and we will ship your order on the same day or within two business days.
If you have not received a shipping notification or your product within 5 days (excluding weekends and holidays), please contact us.
Additionally, once your order has been prepared for shipping, we are unable to cancel it or change the delivery address, so please double-check your order details before placing it.
Delivery times
If you order by 10am, it will be shipped on the same business day.
If you place your order after this time, it will be shipped within the next business day to two business days.
Returns and cancellations
I want to return it
We cannot accept cancellations after your order has been confirmed.
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
However, ① defective products (photos, etc. must be confirmed),
② In the case of incorrect delivery (delivery of a different product from the one ordered), we will accept returns or exchanges only if you contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. We will also cover all shipping costs for defective or incorrectly delivered products.
